These terms and conditions are the terms by which SnakesForSale.org offers reptiles for sale to customers. By browsing products for sale on SnakesForSale.org you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using our services.

Each breeder posting animals for sale on SnakesForSale, offer their own individual guarantees. See their breeder profile page for details. Your guarantee is between you and the breeder. SnakesForSale.org only provides a service to connect customers to suppliers of quality reptiles. In accordance with the breeders terms, the customer is responsible for accepting delivery on the first delivery attempt, otherwise the guarantee is null and void. Please contact sales@snakesforsale.org on any reports filed with breeder so we can stay aware of any issues with our breeders.

All animals will be shipped via FedEx or UPS with next day delivery. No PO Box deliveries. Contact the breeder for their preferred method of shipping and shipment days.

Should Fedex or UPS lose your shipment it is the responsibility of the customer to file a loss with the shipping company.

All customer funds are received and held by SnakesForSale.org. At the end of the business day funds are transferred to the breeders account. Once the transaction is completed the breeder will be responsible for processing a refund.

As part of this constant improvement cycle you acknowledge and agree the we may stop providing the services or features to you without prior notice. You may stop using our services at any time.
